Homecoming parade

Friday, October 6 at 4 p.m.

The Circle K Club, the Circle K Alumni Society and the University Kiwanis club will have an entry in the parade (truck with trailer and walking). If you would like to be a part of the parade entry you need to be in the West Ohio Stadium parking lot between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm for staging. Sign up now.

After the parade at approximately 7:30 p.m. we will be hosting a reception for Circle K members, Circle K alumni, and University Kiwanis members at the location of our regular CletusFest Tailgate – in the Ag Lot.  There is no cost to attend the reception.  We will have appetizers and an assortment of soda and water.  Please RSVP now.

CletusFest: The Ultimate Buckeye Tailgate & 3^rd Annual Pink-Out

Saturday, October 7 at 7 a.m.

We will begin our festivities at 7 a.m.  We will have our 3^rd annual Pink Out Tailgate with special activities to raise money for The James Cancer Research Center.  Please bring a few extra dollars to participate and help a great cause.  All of our net proceeds from our special activities and your generous tailgate donations will go towards cancer research.  During the game, CletusFest will be broadcasting the game (via satellite) if you don’t have tickets to the game. The Ohio State Buckeyes kickoff their Homecoming game Saturday, October 7 at 3:30 p.m. against University of Maryland.

CletusFest stands by its “community” approach to hosting your tailgate.  We ask each person contributes an appropriate donation to help cover the costs of the weekly festivities.  Our tailgate is in the Ag Lot, just west of the Olentangy River and north of Woody Hayes Drive (between the Ag Admin and Ag Engineering building).  Look for the Red Chrysler Town & Country with the Ohio State Flag and Michigan Dummy hanging from the flag pole. Circle K Alumni Society Annual Meeting

Please join us for the Ohio State Circle K Alumni Society Annual meeting.  We will be voting on board of director positions (4 – 3-year positions) and voting on officer positions (President, President-elect, Secretary, and Treasurer) for the 2017-18 year.  We will also be discussing plans for the upcoming year.  Lunch and snacks will be provided.  Please RSVP for the meeting by clicking here.
